It’s Halloween and Batman (Robert Pattinson) is two years into his “Gotham Project”. He can’t be everywhere but the criminals don’t know where he will be.
Lieutenant James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright) aids the Batman by shining his symbol in the sky and using their fear of The Batman against them.
A new serial killer murders Mayor Mitchell and exposes his lies and ties to the criminal community. Nicknamed “The Riddler” he leaves cards addressed to The Batman at his crime scenes and his elaborate puzzles lead The Batman to confront his true motivation and the sins of his father.
