Chaos erupts at the G.C.P.D, sending Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) on a wild goose chase for the culprit behind the mass takeover of their home by the acolytes of Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monaghan). As the precinct is under party attack Riddler (Cory Michael Smith) plans to break Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) out of her cell following her arrest for the bank robbery and Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and Butch take advantage of the situation and begin to set their sights on reclaiming Gotham. Meanwhile, a friend of Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) becomes paranoid, resulting in very destructive behavior.
