Directed by: Eagle Egilsson

Written by: Bruno Heller

Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie), Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) are trapped at Indian Hill, held prisoners by Hugo Strange (BD Wong) as Basil disguised as Jim Gordon draws the GCPD away from Arkham Asylum. In the basement, Hugo Strange, using truth serum on Jim, along with Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith), using the threat of poison gas on Bruce and Lucius, question the three hostages to find out what they really know about who controls Gotham. At the same time Strange prepares to evacuate all of his test subjects up State and detonate a bomb to destroy all evidence of Indian Hill at the command of the secretive Council.

Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) has other plans and gains control of Miss Peabody who allows her to break free of her cell. Fish wreaks havoc in Indian Hill thwarting Strange’s escape plan. As Bruce, Jim and Lucius also escape, aided by Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova), they manage to stop the bomb just in the nick of time to save Arkham and apprehend Strange. However, Fish escapes Arkham in a bus loaded with Indian Hill inmates but encounters old friends – Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) and Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell) – who mistakenly think they are taking out Professor Strange. As Butch and his gang flee at the sight of a resurrected Fish Mooney, a shocked Oswald is put to sleep by her newfound powers.

In the aftermath, Jim leaves Gotham to find Leslie Thompkins, Harvey grudgingly accepts his role as Captain of the GCPD, Bruce sets his sights on the secretive Court much to the irritation of Alfred (Sean Pertwee) and the city of Gotham will be met with a new threat as Strange’s creations escape the bus and start their new lives in Gotham.
